The portal investigates reports of sexually graphic material such as child pornography (CP), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or rape/gang rape (CP/RGR). Additionally, it records complaints about cybercrime, including hacking, ransomware, financial fraud, cryptocurrency crime, and social media and mobile crime. According to a 2021 report published by Outlook India, the cybercrime platform received nearly 400,000 complaints in less than a year, half related to the theft of funds.
