- PRC voter ID card from DC/district/block officer as proof of residency in Assam.
- Bonafide certificate from the college administration
- Statement of parents’ income from the county officer
- HS (10+2) final score sheet
- Evidence that you are not on any other scholarship. – 1st page of bank passbook showing bank name, IFSC code, account holder name, account name
