CM Launched Assam Orunodoi Scheme 2.0

Beneficiary Under Assam Orunodoi Scheme

The remaining beneficiaries in the Bodoland Territorial Area Districts, including Kokrajhar, Chirang, Baksa, and Udalguri, will receive the benefit after the BTC elections.

Benefits Of Assam Orunodoi Scheme

Assam Orunodoi Scheme Selection Procedure

  • The district-level monitoring committee will be responsible for finalizing the list of beneficiaries as per the guidelines.
  • The preliminary selection will be made at the village council development committee/gaun Panchayat/urban local body level.
  • The village council development committee/gaun Panchayat/urban local body is required to prepare an undertaking cum checklist as per eligibility/ineligibility conditions, which will be attached to Annexure A.
  • This checklist will be compiled LAC-wise by the member secretary, DLMC, so that it can be put up at the district-level monitoring committee for prioritization/selection.
  • The district-level committee is responsible for ensuring the filing of a detailed application form for beneficiaries through this form bank, where details and other information will be collected.
  • The approved final list will be uploaded, and the details of the beneficiaries will be validated.
  • If there are any discrepancies in the details, they will be addressed.
  • After completing all the required processes, the finance department will transfer the amount into the beneficiary’s account through the PMFS method.
  • Every year, the list of beneficiaries will be reviewed, and inclusions/exclusions will be made as needed.
  • The finance department in a database will maintain all the data related to the beneficiaries.
  • It should be noted that if an applicant benefits from this scheme despite being ineligible, the applicant is liable to refund the amount received.
